TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DEWZAPA SHIPPING
Last Updated: July 2, 2026
Welcome to Dewzapa Shipping "your now shipping Company". By utilizing our shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, tracking, and warehouse services, you ("you our value Customer") agree to be legally bound by the terms, parameters, and guidelines outlined below.
1. User Requirements & Account Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: The Customer must supply accurate delivery, billing, and contact details. Dewzapa Shipping is not responsible for delayed or misrouted cargo stemming from inaccurate user inputs.
Legal Authorization: By tendering a consignment to us, you warrant that you are either the legal owner or the authorized agent of the owner of the goods.
2. Delivery Timelines, Freight, & Storage
Indicative Timelines: Any shipping windows or transit schedules provided by The Company are estimated approximations. They do not function as guaranteed commercial delivery deadlines unless explicitly agreed to in a separate, written corporate contract.
Storage Penalties: Shipments remaining unclaimed or unpicked at our destination warehouses or hub facilities for more than thirty (30) consecutive days will incur localized daily storage fees.
Abandonment Clause: Any cargo left uncollected in a Dewzapa Shipping warehouse for more than three (3) months following initial notification will be legally deemed abandoned. The Company retains the absolute right to auction, sell, or destroy such goods to mitigate unpaid freight or logistics costs.
3. Customs Duty, Clearance, & Fees
Broker Appointment: The Customer formally designates Dewzapa Shipping (and its contracted local entities) as their legal agent for processing customs entry and clearing goods with import/export authorities.
Payment of Duties: All import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), government fees, and clearing surcharges must be paid in full prior to or at the exact time of physical package hand-off.
Documentation Failures: If you do not provide the necessary commercial invoices or paperwork required by border customs, The Company may (but is not obligated to) complete or adjust the records at your sole financial expense.
4. Restricted Items & Quality Checks
Prohibited Goods: The Customer must not ship contraband, illegal narcotics, unregistered hazardous materials, explosive elements, or items that breach local aviation or marine safety mandates.
Inspection Rights: Dewzapa Shipping reserves the right to open, inspect, and scan any package or freight consignment at any point to verify safety and regulatory compliance.
Pre-Installation Inspections: Recipients are required to examine their shipments for apparent physical damage, volume shortfalls, or dimension discrepancies immediately upon delivery before signing the carrier receipt.
5. Liability Disclaimers & Force Majeure
Service Sourcing: This website, its real-time cargo tracking integrations, and its overall services are made available strictly on an "as is" and "as available" operational basis.
Force Majeure Events: Dewzapa Shipping shall not be held liable for delivery failures, cargo disruptions, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its practical control. This includes acts of God, civil unrest, war, shipping lane blockades, labor strikes, floods, or export embargoes.
